What is Bulk Edit?
Bulk Edit allows you to select one or more Line Items from the Media Buying table and apply the same modification in a single action:
- Status change: Publish, Pause, or Resume
- Date update: start date and/or end date
- Budget / Impressions adjustment
Ineligible Line Items for a given action are automatically skipped — they don't block the action from applying to eligible ones.
How to use it?
Click the Edit button in the Media Buying table. Checkboxes appear on each row and a sticky action bar is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
- Click a row or its checkbox to select a Line Item.
- Use the top checkbox to Select All / Deselect All across all pages.
- Your selection is preserved when navigating between pages.
- Click Clear to cancel all selections without closing the bar.
- Close the bar via ✕ or by clicking Editing.
You cannot open a Line Item detail view while the action bar is open. Close it first.
Status change
Click Status to access three actions: Pause, Publish, Resume.
Publish A modal lists any ineligible Line Items before confirming. The button shows the number of eligible LIs that will be published. A progress indicator tracks the operation (e.g. 4/12 published).
Pause Only applies to Line Items in Planned or Running status. The button is disabled if none of the selected LIs are eligible.
Resume Only applies to Line Items in Paused status. The button is disabled if none of the selected LIs are eligible.
Edit dates
Click Date to open the date modal. Start date and End date can be updated independently — you don't need to fill in both.
A few rules apply:
- Start date cannot be set in the past.
- Start date cannot be modified on a Line Item that is already Planned or Running.
- End date must be today or later, and must be after the start date.
- If the selection includes PG Line Items linked to the same deal, a conflict check is performed. An error will be displayed if dates overlap with another PG LI on that deal.
Edit budget or impressions
Click Budget to open the budget modal. The modal adapts to the currencies and target types present in your selection.
- Only the currencies included in your selection are shown.
- Currency cannot be changed from this modal.
- Target Impression budgets cannot be edited here — go to the Line Item directly.
- If agency fees apply, the Committed budget (DSP fee included) and Agency fees (x%) are displayed for transparency.
The Apply button is disabled until at least one field is filled in.

FAQ
Can I edit the end date without touching the start date? Yes — both fields are fully independent.
What happens to ineligible Line Items? They are listed in the modal and skipped. The action only applies to eligible ones.
Will I lose my selection if I navigate to another page of the table? No — your selection is preserved across all pages.
Can I edit PG Line Items via Bulk Edit? Yes, with restrictions. Date changes on PG Line Items are subject to deal date constraints and cross-campaign conflict checks.
Can I edit the budget of a Line Item with a Target Impressions objective? No — budgets linked to a Target Impressions objective cannot be edited via Bulk Edit. Open the Line Item directly to modify it.
