How should footfall results be interpreted? 

  • Customer visits sent by Adsquare are neither filtered nor projected.
  • Real-time footfall measurement with Adsquare works across all channels and helps you set a new KPI by measuring the success of your digital campaign in terms of in-store visits across all channels: mobile and display, programmatic, social media, audio, video, search and DOOH.
  • Adsquare does not provide references in terms of what can be considered an adequate number of visits for your campaign. The reason for this is that there are many factors that influence the success of a campaign and which are beyond our control: the product or service advertised, the messaging, the creative or media buying strategy, to name but a few.
  • Keep in mind that measuring traffic is not about absolutes: it's about understanding the success of your campaign by analysing a statistically relevant sample size and comparing it to an activity base.
  • Some DSPs will help you create a control group for your campaign. Please contact your respective Customer Success Manager.
