If you request a private deal for publishers using the following SSP: VIOOH, Vistar, MyAdBooker, Dax. The deals should also be created in the DSP.
Before the creation, make sure that you have the following information ready:
- Deal ID
- CPM
- Frames ID
To create a new deal:
- Clic on “RTB”, then “Deals”
- and then
- Copy / Paste the exact same Deal ID as shared by the publisher. If the Deal ID is not matching the one created by the publisher, the campaign will not receive any bid requests.
- Enter the deal name as provided by the publisher or you can enter your own. It should at least contains the name of the publisher + Agency and / or Advertiser + Venue type if needed
- Select the publisher.
- Select the SSP of the publisher.
- The deal is active and private by default
- The start date should always been the date of the day. Otherwise the deal won't appear in the line item. End date is the one of the deal set up by the publisher.
- Enter the CPM Bid floor (you will still be able to bid higher in the line item if needed if the deal is not a fixed rate) and the currency
- Select the auction type. If you do not know which auction type to select, choose FirstPrice by default
- Select your Agency and the Advertiser
- Copy / Paste the frames ID included in the deal. Be careful : Only frames ID should be entered, not the Frames names. if the frames space is left blank all the frames of the inventory available in our DSP will be entered by default.
- Save.
- It can take few moments for the deal to appear on the platform
If you want to modify an existing deal:
- Bear in mind that the same modification should be done on the publisher’s side as well
- Clic on “RTB”, then “Deals”
- You will see all of your deals created, you can only edit the deals where the icon
appear in the column “Actions”
- Change the information you need to change i.e. end dates or frames ID and save
- Please note that the Deal ID cannot be modify
- If needed you can also deactivate an existing deal created by clicking on the check box
and remove the blue check.
