# Inventory: explore our screen catalog

## Find out which screens are available in a country or a city, compare media owners and venue types, and export your selection — before you even create a campaign.

### What is the Inventory page?

The Inventory page gives you an overview of all the DOOH screens available to your account. Use it to answer a brief, check what exists in a market, or prepare a media plan before setting up a Line Item.

To open it, click on **Inventory** in the navigation bar.

- **At the top**: key figures for your current selection.
- **On the left**: your filters, in two groups — **Geolocations** and **Screens characteristics**.
- **In the center**: the map.
- **On the right**: rankings by **Media owners**, **Venue types** and **Locations**, from the most screens to the fewest.

Everything updates instantly when you change a filter.

### Find screens in 3 steps

**Step 1 — Choose where**

In **Geolocations**, select one or several **Countries** to see whole markets, or a **Location** to narrow down to cities or areas. The map recenters automatically on your selection.

> **Tip**: when you type a city, check the country shown next to each suggestion. Some cities share their name with places in other countries.

**Step 2 — Refine by screen characteristics**

In **Screens characteristics**, filter by **Venue types**, **Media owners**, **Deals** or **Creative formats**.

- To remove a value, click on it again or use its clear icon.
- To remove all your filters at once, click on **Clear all**.

**Step 3 — Explore the results**

The rankings on the right show what your selection contains. You can click on a media owner name, a venue type, a creative format or a deal to add it to your search in one click.

Use the **arrows** at the top right to go back to a previous search or forward again.

> **Tip**: to see everything a media owner offers, use the **Media owners** filter. To work on a specific deal, select it in the **Deals** filter: your export will contain only that deal's screens.

### Reading the map

- Each **bubble** groups the screens of an area and shows how many there are.
- **Hover** over a country to see a quick snapshot of its inventory.
- **Click** on a country's bubble to add it to your filters. Keep clicking to zoom in, down to individual screens.
- At screen level, each color is a **venue type**: open the **legend** to see which is which.

The map follows your selection automatically. If you move the map yourself, it stops recentering. Click on **Fit selection** to see your whole selection again and turn automatic recentering back on.

### The Insights view

Once you have selected a **Country** or a **Location**, click on **Insights** to see the top results of that market at a glance.

- Insights shows exactly the same results as the map, as tables.
- Use **Exclude** to remove a value (a venue type, a media owner, a deal…) from your search.
- Click on **Map** to go back to the map.

### Exporting your selection

Click on **Export** at the top right to download the screens matching your filters as an Excel file.

- An export contains up to **5,000 screens**. For a larger selection, add filters and export in several parts.
- The file name ends with the date and time of the export.

### Something doesn't load?

If a block fails to load, click on **Retry**. If the problem persists, reload the page.

### What's new?

If you used the previous version of the page, here is what changed:

- The design now matches the DSP: larger, easier to read.
- Every filter can be deselected, one by one or with **Clear all**.
- The map has a legend for venue types.
- Counters clearly show numbers of screens.
- Arrows let you go back and forward between your searches.
- Outdated media kit links and the star icon have been removed.

### FAQ

**Are the numbers screens or impressions?** → Screens. Impressions are calculated once you set a targeting, dates and a budget on a Line Item.

**Does the gauge in the Country list show spend?** → No. It ranks countries by number of screens.

**Why are Country and Location separate?** → Country selects a whole country. Location narrows the search to cities or areas.

**Can I select several countries at once?** → Yes. Select as many countries as you need, from the Country filter or by clicking on their bubbles on the map.

**If I filter on a deal, does the export only contain that deal's screens?** → Yes, the export contains only the screens of the selected deal. The rankings on the right may still list other deals of the same media owner.

**Can I search a deal by its ID?** → Yes, paste the deal ID in the Deal filter.

**What is the icon next to an ID?** → It copies the ID, so you can paste it in your Line Item.

**Why don't I see the same deals as my colleague?** → You see the deals available to your account: your agency's deals and the deals open to all buyers.

**Can I export the Insights tables?** → Not directly. Use **Export** at the top right: it exports the screens matching your filters.

**Can I see photos of the screens?** → Not from the Inventory page. Photos of the screens booked on a campaign are in the [Screen Gallery](https://helpdesk.displayce.com/en/knowledge/screen-gallery?hsLang=en).

**Where have the media kit links gone?** → Outdated media kits have been removed to avoid sharing inaccurate information. Ask your Customer Success Manager for the latest version.

**Where has the star icon gone?** → It has been removed from the page. It had no action attached to it.
