Screen Gallery

View the photos of the screens included in your campaign, directly from the DSP — no manual asset hunting required.

What is the Screen Gallery?

The Screen Gallery gives agencies instant access to photos of the screens booked on a campaign. It's automatically populated as soon as your Line Item deals are set — no export, no request to Sales, no manual asset search.

When does it become available?

The gallery appears in the Campaign Summary as soon as Step 3 (Deals) of a Line Item is completed and saved.

  • Photos are only shown for frames that exist in the Displayce screen database.
  • Coverage varies by publisher — some frames may not have a photo yet.

Where to find it?

In the Campaign Summary, the gallery auto-populates once a Line Item reaches Step 3. No manual action is required to trigger it.

You can filter photos by:

  • Line Item
  • Publisher
  • Venue Type
  • Frame external ID

Viewing and downloading a photo

Click on any photo to open a side panel with the frame's technical details. From there, you can:

  • Navigate between photos using the slider
  • Open a full-screen preview
  • Download the photo for use in presentations

Photos are downloaded individually — bulk download is not available.

Why is the gallery empty on my campaign?

If no photos appear despite deals being set, check that Step 3 has been fully saved, not just filled in. If the step is confirmed and the gallery is still empty, it's likely due to a coverage gap in the screen database for that publisher.

Also, targeting still needs to be actif. If the campaign is finished, you must open the Line Item, go to Step 2 and save the Line Item again.

FAQ

The gallery is empty even though my Line Item has deals — why?
→ Step 3 must be fully completed and saved. If deals are set but not confirmed, the gallery won't populate. It can also be due to missing photos in the database for that Media Owner.

Some screens have no photo — is that a bug?
→ No. Missing photos reflect a gap in database coverage, not a display error.

Can I download all photos at once?
→ Not currently. Photos must be downloaded one by one from the side panel.
