What can I do if the forecast is empty for my line item?

If the forecast is empty for your line item, it is essential to review and adjust your targeting criteria, deals, or publishers to create a more inclusive selection. You may consider broadening your targeting parameters or choosing deals and publishers with a wider reach. By making these adjustments, you can increase the chances of finding available inventory that matches your line item's criteria and generate a more comprehensive forecast. Please also review the deal availability date, as the DSP will not provide a forecast for expired deals.

To avoid an empty forecast in the future, carefully consider the following steps:

1. Ensure your targeting criteria for the line item are well-balanced and not overly restrictive. Finding the right balance between precision and inclusivity is crucial for achieving a substantial forecast and ensuring you'll reach your objective.

2. Select deals and publishers that have compatible inventory with the targeting criteria of your line item. Verify that the combination aligns with your line item's objectives and that there is overlapping inventory available.

3. Regularly monitor and update your line items to adapt to changes in inventory availability, deals, and market dynamics. Keeping your line items flexible and dynamic can improve the forecast accuracy and overall performance of your campaigns.

4. Keep track of the status of previously selected deals for your line item. If any of them become inactive, replace them with active deals that align with your line item's goals.
