Why don't I have potential?

When targeting, you may not get any potential, i.e. no inventory is available for your criteria. Or the volume of inventory obtained is lower than your campaign budget. There are several reasons why you may not get any potential, or may have limited potential:

1. Your targeting criteria are too restrictive.

e.g. you are targeting a geographical area where there are no or very few screens. In this case, broaden your targeting criteria.

2. Your targeting criteria are incompatible.

e.g.: you want to advertise in the 'proximity' environment (local shops) and have only selected the 'giant' screen type. In this case, change your targeting criteria.

3. You have another campaign line with common dates and targeting.

e.g.: you have duplicated a campaign line and have not changed the dates or targeting. In this case, change the dates or the targeting criteria.

Note: The potential inventory for a campaign line automatically excludes the inventory already present in another line for the same dates
