Accessing multiple agencies with your main email address
Why you should log in with your main email address (not an alias)
In the past, you may have used email aliases like firstname.lastname+xyz@company.com
to access different agencies.
With our new model, this is no longer necessary — and we strongly recommend using only your main email address (e.g. firstname.lastname@company.com
) going forward.
Important: Using aliases is now considered a bad practice. You may still log in with them, but they only give you access to one agency. Adding or managing agencies with an alias email could create confusion and may not be supported in the future.
What's changing?
We’ve updated how user access is handled:
-
Your main email address (e.g.
firstname.lastname@company.com
) can now access all the agencies that were linked to your previous aliases. -
Logging in with an alias email address (e.g.
+xyz
) will now only grant access to a single agency.
Best practice: Always use your main email. This ensures you see all agencies in one place and avoids future issues.
Switching between agencies
When logged in with your main email address, you can easily switch from one agency to another using the agency switcher in the platform menu.
This gives you a unified view of all the agencies linked to your account.
What you should do
-
Going forward, use your main (clean) email address to log into the platform.
-
Avoid using aliases (
+something
) to add or manage agencies. -
If you are unsure which address this is, contact your team admin or reach out to support.
FAQ
What is an alias email?
It’s an alternate version of your email, often with a +
sign (like +test
, +agency
, etc.). It was used before to manage access to different agencies.
Will I lose access if I use an alias?
You won’t lose access, but you’ll only see one agency. To access all your previous agencies, use your main email.
Can I still use aliases if I want to?
Yes, but they now have limited visibility. We recommend migrating to your main address for a better experience.
