Discover our step-by-step guide to kickstart your first campaign effortlessly.

 

You will automatically land on our homepage: you can take time to discover our latest news, watch a video that briefly guide you through the platform, or click on 'Inventory' to have a look at our international screens catalog. 

Once you start creating campaigns, the homepage will be where you will be able to monitor the figures concerning your activity on our DSP, with stats such as your Total spent, Total Impressions, Average CPM Impressions, Total plays, etc...

You will find a table that displays all running, planned and finished campaigns for you to follow their performances. It includes the notion of 'Trend', that indicates wether your campaign is 'On trend', 'Delayed' or in 'Critical' state, depending on the budget spent and remaining days. 

 

This helpdesk will guide you through our platform, either by giving you insights and recommendations on the different steps of a campaign ('Knowledge base'), or by answering the most frequently asked questions ('FAQ'). 

Create a campaign

Click on CAMPAIGNS in the navigation bar, then > CREATE A NEW CAMPAIGN.

Create a line item

Click on '+ NEW LINE ITEM'. You will be going through 5 steps to create and publish your line item:

1) Set up

Define a Name for your Line Item, a Committed budget, a Location, a Start and End dates, and a Dayparting. 

2) Targeting

Build a targeting based on Geolocations, Screens characteristics and Audience data. 

3) Buying

Select the Deals you need, define a Bidding and Pacing strategies, and add Triggers to your line item. 

4) Creatives

Upload your creatives. 

5) Publish

Review your line item information and publish it.

Reports and monitoring

Follow your campaign statistics underneath the 'Media Buying' section on the campaign summary page. 

  • Overview: global summary of your campaign,
  • Creative status: a table to know if your creatives was approved or refused by SSPs,
  • Troubleshooter: detection of possible problems with the delivery of your campaign; you must filter by Line Item to access the reporting,
  • Location: distribution of screens by location,
  • Breakdown By Line Item By Day.
